The businessman and his conduct.

Today morning I learned something very important about business conduct. I was sitting in a shuttel, the driver had misunderstanding about one passenger's destination. From the route we were following passenger would have to get down and take another bus or auto rickshaw to reach his place. Keeping this fact in mind the shuttle driver refused to take fare from him. Driver was anyways making loss due to less passenger's and the person was ready to pay his fare but driver refused. For the driver that 20 rs is very important but above everything it is the conduct of doing business. I really respect him and his conduct of doing business.

He twisted my wrist

I was experiencing how he was treated as a servant, lost in the pages of "The white tiger" sitting in the front seat of the public transport bus and suddenly a cement stained hand twisted my left wrist to see the watch, it was 10:27 am. I was shocked, I saw on my right and saw a man in his mid 20's sitting next to me, in his stained shirt, wearing earphones. I was too shocked to react, what had just happened. How can someone just twist my wrist without asking me, or may be as most of the people think, he must have thought that I was a boy and so he must have taken the liberty to touch or may be he was aware about it and he wanted to touch my wrist so he just did it. All I could manage was "aise kaise? Puch bhi sakte ho na" to which I got no response. He got down after 2 stops and the thought of him twisting my wrist remained long after that.

Direction man

Well, do not want to talk too much about what this blog is all about but as this is the first post would like to give a brief insight. A 25 year old girl sharing her experiences. Direction man: that was only name that came to my mind, when I thought about him. He works at the bus stop where I usually take my bus from. Too lazy to figure out on my own which bus goes to my route, I found it easier to ask the staff to help me. Few days of asking and there was a man who started guiding me without asking. The moment I walk in he points at the bus that I have to take. Now as soon I walk in my eyes search for him, the moment he sees me he points at the bus. Every morning when I walk in the bus stand I am confident about him being there and guiding me towards my bus. This is just few seconds or a minute of my day but it feels extremely good to know there is a direction man and I don't have to worry about taking the right bus. Everyday we meet lot of such people who make our lives sim...
